Common questions
How fast can I be set up?
The system itself can be built quickly once we have your answers. Moving an existing number depends on your current carrier, and we give you a firm date once the port is accepted.
Will I lose my number when I switch?
No. In most cases we port it to the new system, and your current service stays on until the switch happens.
What does the AI receptionist do?
It answers calls, greets callers in your business name, routes them to the right person or department, and takes messages when no one is available.
Do I need to buy phones?
No. You can use the softphone app on computers and mobiles. If you want desk phones we supply Yealink, Yeastar, Grandstream and Sangoma models, configured before they ship.
Is 911 supported?
Yes. We register a 911 service address for your numbers during setup.
